I have initially misdiagnosed with PCOD 4 years back. Recently during my regular checkup up I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I had endometriosis and adenomyosis. Nearly ten years had passed and by the time I found Doctor Salunke, my health was in a very bad condition. I was underweight, could barely eat, work, walk or even sit, and pain had taken over most of my life. I had lost all hope and the doctors I'd seen before rarely took my pain seriously. Their solution to the issue was a "one size fits all" approach. I was terrified. When we saw Doctor Salunke, he listened to every symptom and carefully studied each film of my previous tests, read the reports in detail, and asked us many questions so as to get as much information about my condition as possible. For a medical professional of his calibre, he answered every small question we had, patiently, and not once did he rush through any of our consultation sessions. He was also very gentle during check ups. He explained everything about the surgery and even spoke to us right before they took me in for surgery. Doctor Salunke saved my ovaries because it was possible in my case, when other doctors hadn't even mentioned that possibility. I'm fortunate to have gotten treated at Nalini Speciality Hospital. It is very well maintained and everyone at the hospital took very good care of me before and after the surgery. The staff were always around if we needed any help, even in the middle of the night. Doctor even adjusted his schedule to make time for long distance patients like us. All the fees, be it consultation, surgery, room charges or follow ups, were extremely reasonable making doctor's valuable services available even for people of lower income groups. It's been a few months since my surgery and my health has improved to an extent that I had never imagined possible, all thanks to doctor and his team's hard work.
